SUI Monitor provides cryptocurrency tracking, analytics, and information services for tokens on the SUI blockchain. The Service includes real-time price data, market analytics, portfolio tracking, and API access for developers. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service beyond API limits
- Not use the Service to conduct any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

4. API Usage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUI Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
